A Most Beautiful Smile Hides The Deepest Pain!

We often meet certain people in our daily life, sometimes at our home itself, at times during travel or might be at the workplace, who would be lonely deep within but still manage to face the world with a smile. Have you ever tried to understand or know what a person goes through behind that pretty mask? If you haven’t noticed such small things, just make a try next time. #Dobaarapucho

Yes, ask again! Talk to them if you feel someone needs your help. You never know it might be a great relief for them in all ways. I have been a victim of depression once, I have felt shattered and isolated in every way. But at times, god sends an angel to protect you and help you come out of the darkness. Though it seems to be a rough path, ultimately you are guided by an unknown light and that light could be your friend, family member or sometimes you yourself. In my case, well, it was a stranger who turned out to be a good friend and today, more than a friend of mine.

Your loved ones need you!

I have craved for at least someone close to me to ask me, how am I? And that one gesture could relieve from a lot of internal pain. It’s the same situation for all humans. There are people out there amongst us, who have mastered the skill of hiding their pain and sorrow behind that smile. They pull off that mask when they are alone and that leads them to much more of pain and depression.
As a responsible society or an individual, we should come out of our comfort zone and help such people. You may feel a depressed person is equal to a mentally disabled human. No, it’s not the way. A depressed person when left uncared goes into a mentally challenged state. Talk to them, let them share their pain with you. Assure them that you are there for them at any point and make them realize that one day everything will be normal.

If there is sorrow, there is happiness too. God has created humans in such a way that we have to go through both. We might have learned during our school days when we climb a mountain, it does have steeps and slopes but ultimately, we reach our destination. It’s the similar concept applicable to our life too.

I was taken aback with the wonderful social service done by Live, Love and Laugh Foundation by Deepika Padukone. Though we may not have an influential role in our society, we can help our friends and family friends who need us, our love, care, and support. It’s not about how much bank balance you have or how many credit cards you own, it’s all about how big your heart is when it comes to helping your near ones.

# Dobaarapucho, that’s all matters in the end. Depression is a state which can cause traumatic illness, at times also death. Never try to leave a person  to swim and drown in a ditch of spoiled water. Asking and caring won’t cost us anything. Make them feel, you are out there always for their help. It can definitely bring a drastic positive change.

Let depression not take a toll on your loved one! Care, Help, Love and Save #Dobaarapucho (Ask Again)
