                                     MY Bylines Report 1 CURE WITH CARE FOR POOR AT MERCY HOSPITAL Meera V Nair jam.live@hindustantimes.com Jamshedpur: More than four decade-old Mercy hospital is providing succor to the underprivileged section of the populace in the city outskirt in Baridih, Bagunathu, and other nearby areas. The hospital which began in 1962 with only five beds and a small cabin has still maintained its tradition of offering free treatment to people with poor financial background and provide sufficient documentary evidence including income certificates and red cards. The hospital has grown by leaps and bound in more than four decades since it is established. The hospital now houses a small laboratory, OPD, Operation theatre, ICU, Ultrasound, gastroscopic, peritoneal dialysis and other common facilities like X-ray, scanning etc. Apart from all these facilities, they also provide surgeries including Oncology (for cancer patients) and Laparoscopic surge

ARE WE REALLY INDIANS????

                           We say that the transport here is not good.....                             We say that mails never reach their destination on time...                             We say that the government here is not working properly...                              We say and say but never do anything about it.. When it comes for waiting in long ques in government offices, people flip a 50rupees note into the officer's pocket.In India, we see that our own brothers and sisters(Indians) spit on the roads and roadsides. But the same Indians, when they go abroad, they don't do such acts over there.Then why do they behave in such an indecent way in our motherland?? Is it because they are afraid of the rules which are followed in foriegn countries.No, absolutely no... When we visit Taj Mahal, we see a huge number of people coming to see its beauty and the crowd not only includes the Indians but foriegners too...After having some snacks, we throw the paper down inste
